Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or as selected at checkout). You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. To cancel, please contact us at support@highpointbev.com or call us at (804) 635-0127. Cancellations requested after a billing cycle has begun will take effect at the end of that cycle.

Modifications

You may modify your subscription (e.g., change frequency, quantity, or products) by contacting our support team. Changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.

Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. If you have an issue with a subscription order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped according to our standard Shipping Policy. Please note that we do not ship to the following states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
